Job Overview:

As a B2B Growth Manager at our company, you will be pivotal in enhancing client relationships and driving business expansion. This remote role involves managing key accounts, developing loyalty programs, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to nurture and secure business partnerships. Your proficiency in English, coupled with a strong background in B2B account management within the tech industry, will be crucial for success. This position requires flexibility to work across various European time zones to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing business accounts to foster long-term relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and oversee a loyalty program aimed at maintaining and strengthening business relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate outreach for new prospects, playing a key role at the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, cold outreach, and personalized communication across various channels to engage potential clients.
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of our products’ value and relevance to their needs.
  • Manage the follow-up and contract negotiation process to secure new business and partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in German is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in B2B account management and growth, preferably within tech or similar industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively nurturing relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in managing loyalty programs and understanding of customer retention strategies.
  • Skilled in executing email marketing and personalized outreach efforts.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
